Currently, we offer shipping across the U.S. only. Packages from our U.S. warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
All orders require 1 business day processing time. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Yes.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of pointnbuy.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

It is definitely a really nice gift for any corgi lover! Looks so cute and has practical use. Better than some toy or keychain. I bought it for my sister cuz she has two corgis! I think it is a perfect birthday present for her. It’s absolutely adorable and the cover material is soft, the adapter works fine and reminds her of her two cuties when she charges her phone, especially when she misses home while on business trips.
It is a nice plug adapter and works well. If not only that my usb cable sometimes gets stuck in the plug, to disconnect you have to put some effort and I’m afraid to break it, maybe it is the case only for mine but overall, it is nice quality and useful. Besides, it is a nice ice-breaker ahah. When I put my cell on charge everyone asks me about the cute adapter and compliments it. I’m not sure if it is 4 or 5, I will put 4 stars because of the usb slot. But still don’t regret purchasing
The corgi butt plug (gosh it does sound so weird though) looks great and is funny. The material is soft and touching it can even calm me like a anti-stress toys or kinda like that. It works well and charges both tablets and phones with no problems. But DO NOT LEAVE IT ANYWHERE!!!! I warn you! My dog (guess the breed – corgi, ofc) almost broke it cuz he thought it was a toy OMG. Nothing happened, thank goodness, and it is still works perfectly! So I think it is a nice adapter, recommend.
First of all… I can’t stop touching this cute booty omg its so cute I just cant HELP ME im melting!!! Ok, but it came quickly and safely, thanks for that. (btw you know how funny it sounds? corgi butt plug… ahaha I tell you it is what made me buy it, cuz it sounds so hilarious but it was worth it) the “butt” is soft, I mean it is nice to touch, but the whole thing is solid no worries. The material of the plug is pleasant and soft to the touch, it is convenient to hold in your hands and carry with you, since the shape and size are very compact, I think it will be especially useful when traveling, where an adapter is needed, in short, it will be useful everywhere.
