How do you ship packages?
Currently, we offer shipping across the U.S. only. Packages from our U.S. warehouse are shipped through USPS.
How long does shipping take?
All orders require 1 business day processing time. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Yes.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of pointnbuy.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I got this for my dogs but couldn’t deal with how LOUD it is soooo it went home with my niece hence the stars. It’s safely out of my house torturing my sister and that’s priceless. This thing is, once again, loud loud loud. But the dog liked it. No complaints.

I like the idea. It colorful and seem durable.good price and good size, bought it for our 9 month son since he like playing with ball and anything with light , unfortunately like other reviews says it way too loud, cannot make out what the song about!

Delivered on time. Seems durable. It’s pretty loud and has color lights. I bought it so my dog can play with it however My dog was initially scared of it because of it being supper jittery. However, I found a greater use for it. It’s a great distraction tool, so that means it is a great tool for training my dog on his focus and attention.
It’s bright and bounces around the floor. My kid likes to chase it. However, the music is excessively LOUD and loops the song after about 8 seconds, which gets annoying quickly. I wish it came with the option to turn off the sound.
I used it for my sons puppy who loved it and chased it all over the room for hours of fun. Recommend!

Not only dog but also my 2 chocolate labs like this toy but their human sister does, too! My daughter is 3 years old and wants mama to get her a jumpy light-up ball. So much fun!
This is the most annoying toy I have ever purchased! However the dog loves it and it is about the only way we can get him to come back inside the house! I really wish I could find out who produced the music so I can stand outside of their house playing this ball over a bullhorn!

We got this for our 10 week old puppy. She is a ball of energy and we needed something that could match her…OMG this is it. We just gave her this ball and she goes crazy! This ball is amazing. I AM HAPPY. Highly recommended.

My friend sent me this ball for my 2 dogs, and it’s so much fun for my poodle! All I had to do was put in the batteries, put it in the floor and turn it on. He went nuts over it! I didn’t expect he would be the one to play with it. The other dog, a toy Pom/poodle mix has no interest in it at all. But to be fair she had just gotten new balls and busy playing, and focusing, in them. This lights up, plays music and bounces around like crazy! Zeke just had the best time with it!
Fun toy. It’s well made and durable, the ball itself is made with hard plastic. My dog loves it, it makes him happy, so I can’t complain too much!
At first my dog was afraid of this ball, but over time, she got used to it and it has become her fave toy.
This ball was a wonderful investment for my dog, Roscoe. Every time we would leave the house, Roscoe would tear up furniture, get into the garbage, and poop on the floor. It was a nightmare! The ball has been a friend to our dog while we are away and we no longer need to crate him.
Work well! Drove my dog crazy! Fun toy. I thought it would be more of a rubber toy but it’s a hard plastic with the rubber ends.

I know this is a ‘dog’ toy, but I bought it for my cat! My last cat loved to play with the one that was my Son’s toy growing up. And our new kitten has started to play with this jumping activation ball in the same way… That’s SO COOL!!!
